Are the dresses authentic designer dresses?
- Yes, we guarantee every dress is authentic and original from the designer.
We DO NOT carry knock-offs or copies.
Are the dresses brand new or samples?
- We guarantee every dress is brand new, free from defects.
Can you order a dress if it is discontinued?
- Unfortunately no. Once a dress has been discontinued, the designer will not take any new orders on it.
How do I get a price on a dress?
- Please call or email us, and we will give you a price ASAP.
Please provide us with the designer name and style number and the wedding date.
How does the GUARANTEED lowest prices on dresses work?
- Once we have quoted you a price, if you find a lower price elsewhere, contact us with the company name (including website or phone number)
and we will match or beat that price for you.
We match prices only for brand new, order-able dresses, not samples or used gowns. We reserve the right to not sell under our costs.
Once an order has been placed, we do not further price match.
What measurements are needed to order?
- Bust, Natural Waistline (smallest part of tummy, usually directly underneath the rib cage), Hips, and Height or
Hollow to Hem (where the collar bone meets the throat there is a dip
called the hollow down to the hem or floor).
Can I order only 1 bridesmaid dress?
- Yes, but there is a $15 service fee to do so. Bridesmaid price quotes are given to you via phone or email under the assumption you are ordering 2+ dresses.
Are there any other extra fees?
- Some designers charge extra for sizes 18+, for extra length for ladies over 5'9'' in height (with shoes on), and for rush orders. These fees vary by designer.
Do you accept out-of-state or international orders?
- Yes, absolutely. We ship to destinations throughout the U.S. and internationally on a regular basis.
What are the ordering/shipping time frames?
- Regular shipping from the designers is typically 2-4 months.
Rush shipping is approximately 6-10 weeks, depending on the designer.
If a dress is in stock at the designer's location, shipping is approximately 3 weeks. Please be aware that we cannot control designer shipping dates and
therefore cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Please order well in advance to allow enough time for delivery of your order.
How much is shipping?
- U.S. Domestic orders are $15 for bridesmaid orders up to 5 dresses, $20 for bridesmaid orders over 5 dresses, and $20 for bridal gown orders up to $1,000 or $30 for over $1000 to one location via UPS 2-5 business days service.
Canada orders are $30 via USPS Global Priority 6-10 business days service.
International orders are $65 via USPS Global Priority Air 6-10 business days service, some exceptions may apply. For international orders,
please be aware that your country may apply custom charges once your order reaches your country. We record replacement value on your order.
Is there sales tax?
- No, we do not charge sales tax.
You may be saving quite a bit by ordering from us than a bridal shop from your state.
What currency are the prices quoted in and what currency is accepted for payment?
- The prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and payment is accepted in U.S. dollars only. If you are an international client, it is your responsibility to understand the conversion to an international currency.
What is the return policy?
- For dresses, as with most bridal shops, every order is a special order for the client
based on size, colors, style, etc. and as such cannot be changed, canceled, exchanged, or returned once placed; any
deposits are non-refundable.
However, we guarantee the order will arrive as the exact size, color, style etc.
that you have ordered. If anything should be different than ordered, contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation.
- For swimwear, due to the nature of this item, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- For personalized items, these cannot be returned.
- For all other items (excluding dresses, swimwear, and personalized items) there is a 20% re-stocking fee for items that are returned within 30 days. You must contact us for a return number and shipping address per item. You will be refunded the order total, less shipping (if you received free shipping from the site, there is a $10 return service fee), and you are responsible for shipping back to the respective designers.
How much of a deposit is required?
- For dresses, at least 75% down is required when the dresses are ordered and
the remainder when the dresses arrive at our bridal shop.
- For all items except dresses, payment must be received in full prior to shipment.
What kinds of payment are accepted?
- For domestic dress orders, we prefer check or money order. If a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, a $25 return check fee will be assessed. For international dress orders,
we prefer international money order; wire transfers are accepted for a $15 service fee.
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) are accepted for a $5/bridesmaid dress or $20/bridal gown service fee for dresses under $1,000 or $40/bridal gown service fee for dresses over $1,000.
Paypal is accepted for a $40 service fee for dresses under $1,000 or $80 service fee for dresses over $1,000.
-For all items except dresses, payment can be taken online at checkout with your preferred method of payment.
Do I receive a copy of the dress order?
- Yes, we send you out a copy of the order form along with a picture of the dress
so that you may verify that we are ordering the correct dress for you.
Are there storage fees?
- Yes, from the expected shipping date of your dress or arrival of products ordered, for every 30 days we have not
received the final payment and/or the items have not been picked up, we will charge $25.

- Yes, absolutely, please email us for a list of references.
